The 123SCADA application, developed by Mission Communications, presents an intuitive interface that allows users to customize system parameters effectively, thereby optimizing their workflow. Distinct from conventional SCADA systems, this managed service eliminates the need for software installation, license management, or additional fees.

One of the notable features of 123SCADA is its ability to stream live data directly to the platform, ensuring that all windows are updated in real time. Users can conveniently access alarm details and conduct analysis of historical data for comparative purposes. The Dashboard window serves as a central hub where critical information, including alarm specifics and the status of Remote Terminal Units (RTUs), is readily available. Additionally, users have the flexibility to tailor notification parameters and schedules, ensuring that relevant personnel are promptly informed of alarms and alerts. The application also offers optimized data views, charts, graphs, and over 50 tailored reports for equipment monitored by Mission RTUs.

Furthermore, 123SCADA includes functionality equivalent to that found in the mobile web portal. Available on mobile devices, it incorporates features such as geolocation for enhanced staff management, a QR code scanner for simplifying RTU access and configuration, and the capability to submit images directly through support tickets.
